2. Services

D&D Home Services provides exterior home cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation
• Pressure washing and soft washing
• Driveway sealing
• Eavestrough cleaning and repair
• Snow removal

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and a confirmed booking agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions at no penalty to the customer.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Free quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary upon on-site assessment. We will inform you of any pricing changes before commencing work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer, and cash. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability Disclaimer

D&D Home Services carries appropriate liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property, surfaces, windows, gutters, or driveways
• Damage caused by faulty or aging materials that were not disclosed prior to service
• Damage resulting from the customer's failure to follow post-service care instructions
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from our services

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
