Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes. D&D Home Services carries $2M general liability and WSIB coverage. We provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your company or property as additional insured, typically within 24 hours of request, at no cost.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Clients who prefer a 12-month commitment save 25%, but it is never required.

What does your insurance cover?

$2M commercial general liability, WSIB coverage for all field staff, and Working at Heights certification. We name your business as additional insured on request, and our insurer provides direct certificate verification.

How does invoicing work for commercial accounts?

Commercial clients are billed monthly, net-30, by email invoice. We accept e-transfer, cheque, credit card and pre-authorized debit. Multi-location accounts receive a single consolidated invoice with per-site line items.

Can you schedule around holiday and operational hours?

Yes. Most of our commercial crews run pre-opening (5–8am) or after-hours (7pm–10pm) shifts to avoid guest and staff disruption. We also schedule around holiday blackout dates, events, and inspection calendars.

Do you service multi-location brands?

Yes. We currently service multi-location accounts for national brands including Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza and RE/MAX across Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph. One point of contact coordinates every location.
