Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime with 30 days notice. We'll prorate the month and adjust your next invoice β€” no setup fees, no penalties.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days written notice and you'll only be billed for completed service. If you're on a 12-month agreement for the 25% discount, early cancellation re-bills the difference.

Do you offer custom schedules?

Absolutely. Our published plans are starting points. If your property needs weekly windows, monthly pressure wash and twice-yearly gutter service, we build that into a custom plan and invoice monthly on one line item.

What if I need an extra visit outside the schedule?

Maintenance clients receive priority scheduling and a 15% discount on any one-off or emergency visits. Just call or email β€” we'll get a crew out usually within 48 hours, and the charge lands on your next monthly invoice.

Do you service multi-location accounts?

Yes. Multi-location brands like Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza and RE/MAX are managed under one agreement with a single monthly invoice and one point of contact for all sites. Premium plans include a dedicated account manager.

What size properties do these plans fit?

Essentials fits most storefronts under 5,000 sqft (single-unit restaurants, small offices, retail). Standard is built for 5,000–15,000 sqft (multi-unit retail, mid-size offices, dealerships). Premium covers 15,000 sqft+ or multi-site portfolios.
