Services and their purpose

Commercial Window Cleaning

Clean entrance glass makes displays easier to see and removes the fingerprints and street grime that gather where customers arrive. Interior partitions and office windows bring a different challenge: cleaning around desks, occupants and controlled access.

Concrete Sealing

Concrete absorbs water and de-icing salt, and repeated freezing can make the surface flake or chip. Sealing reduces that absorption: penetrating sealers soak in without changing the look, while film-forming sealers refresh the colour of stamped and decorative concrete.

Driveway Sealing

Sealing refreshes a compatible driveway surface and adds a coating designed for that material. The existing pavement matters: asphalt, concrete and interlocking paving do not take the same products or preparation.

Eavestrough Installation

Eavestroughs collect runoff along the roofline and carry it toward downspouts. Installation works best as a connected system: gutter lengths, corners, outlets and the final discharge route all influence where the water goes.

Gutter Cleaning

Leaves, grit and other debris collect in gutters and can obstruct the route to the downspouts. Cleaning removes that buildup so rainwater has a clearer path through the existing system.

Gutter Guard Installation

Gutter guards sit over the trough to limit the debris entering it while allowing runoff through. Their usefulness depends on the nearby trees, the guard design and the condition of the gutter beneath.

Holiday Lighting

Rooflines, entrances and selected landscape features give a lighting design its structure. Seasonal displays and permanent LEDs can create different looks, with mounting, controls and power arrangements suited to the intended installation.

Interlock and Paver Sealing

Interlock depends on full, firm joints. Cleaning, refilling the joints with polymeric sand and applying a sealer helps pavers resist weeds, washout, stains and road salt, with finishes that range from natural to a darker wet look.

Permanent LED Roofline Lighting

Permanent roofline lighting places LEDs in a low-profile channel along the roofline, installed once and controlled from a phone app. The same lights can show holiday colours, team colours or soft white for everyday accent light.

Pressure Washing

Driveways, paths and outdoor living areas collect dirt and surface buildup that can make the whole property look tired. Pressure washing provides a cleaning option for suitable surfaces, with the method matched to the material and its condition.

Roof Cleaning and Moss Removal

Moss and staining can change the appearance of a roof, but the cleaning approach must suit the roof covering. A roof-cleaning enquiry starts with the material and visible condition, rather than a promise to make an ageing roof new.

Snow Removal and Driveway Plowing

Winter clearing is most useful when it covers the route people actually use: from the street to parking, then from the vehicle to the door. Driveway plowing and pedestrian clearing are different parts of that route.

Soft Washing

Soft washing uses a lower-pressure approach with cleaning products selected for the surface. It can be relevant where dirt or organic buildup needs treatment without relying on forceful washing against siding and trim.

Window Cleaning

Fingerprints, dust and weather leave different marks on the inside and outside of a window. Cleaning both sides can make the view clearer, while the surrounding screens, tracks and frames each have their own cleaning needs.

Cleaning, repair or replacement?

Surface dirt, failed materials and water-entry problems call for different work. Cleaning can remove deposits from glass or cladding, but it does not repair a failed window seal, a rotten fascia board or a leaking roof detail. Overflowing gutters may contain debris, yet damaged joints, poor drainage or insufficient capacity can also need attention.

A useful quote separates the surfaces to be cleaned from repairs and installation. Height, access, surface condition and the work area affect the approach. For sealing, the existing pavement or paver material and any previous coating matter; one sealer is not suitable for every driveway.

Terms explained

Eavestrough: A roof gutter that collects runoff and directs it toward downspouts.
Soft washing: Cleaning that combines a relatively low-pressure application with a suitable cleaning product. Pressure alone does not define a safe treatment; the surface and product instructions matter.
Pressure washing: Cleaning with pressurized water. The appropriate pressure, nozzle and distance depend on the material and condition; a fixed PSI range is not a universal specification.
Working at Heights training: Ontario requires approved working-at-heights training for workers on construction projects who must use specified fall-protection methods. It is not a rule authorizing work without fall protection below or above a single height threshold; other training and protection requirements also apply.
Downspout: A pipe carrying water from the gutter toward a discharge point. Its outlet and drainage route are part of the system.
Ice dam: Ice at a roof edge that can obstruct meltwater drainage. Removing visible ice does not by itself resolve the underlying heat-loss or drainage conditions.

Common questions

Is soft washing safe for every roof or wall?

No single method suits every material. The surface manufacturer’s cleaning instructions should determine the solution, application and rinse. ARMA warns against high-pressure washing on asphalt roofing. A low-pressure label alone does not establish that a chemical or method is suitable.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

The right interval depends on nearby trees, debris accumulation and how the gutters drain. Inspecting after heavy leaf or seed fall helps identify a need for cleaning. Repeated overflow after debris is removed warrants examination of joints, pitch, outlets and downspouts rather than simply more frequent washing.

Can roof streaks always be diagnosed from a photograph?

A photograph may help show the affected area, but dark marks can have different causes. ARMA identifies algae discoloration as a common asphalt-roof issue. The roof material and condition still need to be considered before choosing a treatment; cleaning is not a remedy for a damaged roof.
