We have a responsibility to be thoughtful about what we put on and around your property. Using environmentally responsible products isn't just good ethics — it protects the landscapes we work in and the community we're part of.

What We Actually Use

For soft washing: biodegradable surfactants combined with appropriately diluted sodium hypochlorite where necessary, or surfactant-only formulations for lighter cleaning. For driveway and concrete cleaning: phosphate-free degreasers and concrete cleaners. For deck cleaning: pH-neutral or wood-safe cleaners that don't damage wood fibres or surrounding soil. We don't use harsh petroleum-based cleaners, undiluted bleach, or caustic products that don't break down safely.

How We Protect Your Property During Cleaning

Before applying any cleaning solution, we pre-wet surrounding landscaping with water to dilute any overspray. We avoid applying products in wind conditions that cause drift. After treatment, we rinse surrounding plants and surfaces thoroughly. We're happy to discuss specific concerns about gardens, water features, or pets before starting any job.
