Two Local Guys Who Refused to Cut Corners
D&D Home Services was born in 2023 out of a shared frustration. Devon Moore and David Fitzpatrick
— both born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo region — saw too many homeowners getting
overcharged, under-served, and left with a result that didn't match what they were promised.
So they built something different. Starting with one van, a pressure washer, and a commitment to
honesty, they launched D&D with a mission to offer the kind of exterior cleaning service they'd
want for their own families: transparent pricing, professional results, and a team that actually
shows up on time.
What began as window cleaning and gutter maintenance quickly expanded into a full suite of
exterior home services — pressure washing, soft washing, eavestrough installation, gutter guard
installation, driveway sealing, and snow removal. By the end of their first year, they had
hundreds of 5-star reviews and a reputation that spread entirely through word of mouth.
Today, D&D serves homeowners and businesses across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and
surrounding areas — but the core of what makes this company different hasn't changed:
two guys who care about the community they grew up in.
