01Are screens, tracks and interior glass included?

Window glass, screens and tracks are separate parts of a window-cleaning request. An exterior-only quote does not describe interior work. Count the windows, identify upper-storey access and list the components you want included.

02Does gutter cleaning also fix leaks?

Removing leaves and debris is different from repairing joints, replacing damaged gutter sections or installing guards. Describe overflow and leaks separately so the quotation distinguishes cleaning from repair work.

03What needs to be ready before exterior cleaning?

Identify the surface material and any peeling finish or visible damage. Keep access routes clear and agree which furniture, vehicles or other items need moving. The proposed method and scope should match the surface being cleaned.

04Can I request more than one cleaning service?

List each service and the areas involved, such as exterior windows, blocked gutters or a patio. We can review the combined scope when preparing your quote; any pricing is confirmed with the quote.

05What should I include in a gutter-guard enquiry?

Share the property address, number of storeys and any information about the existing gutters. Photos of the roofline, nearby trees and current guards help explain what you want assessed.

06How do I describe a roof or siding cleaning request?

Tell us the surface material, approximate height and visible staining or growth. Mention damage, delicate finishes and access restrictions so the proposed cleaning approach can be reviewed.

07What details help with a window-cleaning quote?

Include the approximate window count, the storeys involved and whether you want interior glass, exterior glass or both. Mention screens, tracks and any difficult access so these can be discussed separately.

08What should I mention about my gutters?

Describe visible debris, overflow, leaks or downspout problems. Note nearby trees and access restrictions. Cleaning, repairs and installing guards are different jobs; identify which concerns you want assessed.

09How do I request cleaning for different surfaces?

List each surface and any peeling paint, loose joints, staining or previous coating. Include the material if known. The proposed method and exclusions should match each surface rather than treating the whole exterior as one task.

10Can I enquire about installation or seasonal work here?

Yes. The service form also lists gutter guards, eavestrough installation, driveway sealing and snow removal. Select the relevant service and describe what you need; availability and scope are confirmed separately.

11What should I confirm before a visit?

Confirm the work areas, access arrangements, exclusions, price and any preparation needed. If your property requires insurance documentation, request the relevant certificate before agreeing to the work.

12How do I check whether my address can be served?
